Linxcom offers a 30 day return or exchange service for our products. Below you will find the terms and conditions.
It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4
1. Contact our team using the contact page form and provide us with your invoice number and reason for return/exchange.
If there is any damage to the parcel please contact a member of staff.
2. Submit the return request. Once examined by a member of our team, we will produce you with an RMA code.
Please attach this to the box when returning.
3. Select the courier of your choice and return the parcel to us.
4. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, and has been inspected by our team, we will send you a refund or replacement back out to you.
Returns Policy:These are the overall guidelines for items purchased from Linxcom. All items must meet our guidelines to proceed.
- The product has been directly purchased from Linxcom UK
- The returned product must be in a resalable condition.
- All the original product packaging must be included with the returned product (including instructions, accessories, etc.).
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be provided to Linxcom UK
